We started CAHblog while our daughter, Betty, was in the NICU and our family was learning about congenital adrenal hyperplasia.

There were new words to learn, questions to ask, and a lot to take in. We wanted a place to share our experience and hear from families who understood.

Betty’s care and evaluation are still unfolding. We’ll share what we learn, distinguish confirmed information from open questions, and give her story room to change.

What we hope this becomes

A thoughtful journal. A useful starting point for reliable information. And, most of all, a place where parents, caregivers, and people living with CAH can talk honestly about everyday life.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to join in. You can introduce yourself, ask a practical question, share something that helped, or simply read for a while.
